I was false banned a made a quick appeal thinking I would get unbanned bc I know I wasn’t cheating. I was not using any software and didn’t change any game files and was still wrongfully perma banned. Is there a way to reopen my case? I have a couple clips from the game I was banned .

Cheating isn’t cool
If you didn’t cheat and you’re honest about it then it’s likely you had something installed on your PC that flagged the system, at the end of the day that’s on you.

It’s a scripted reply using a copy and pasted template they automate. Guarantee you no human reviewed your account. I know because I was there. Oct 2021. Black Ops Cold War when I upgraded to Early Build of Windows 11 and used Overwolf’s “outplayed” recording/video capture software. They laid off all the human support staff during covid so it’s an outright lie that they “reviewed” anything and they hope you won’t legally pursue it. I filed complaints with Business Bureau etc. over it to no avail. I can still play every other COD mind you since it wasn’t a legitimate ban (legit Bans would stop you playing warzone and MW2019 onwards, I only can’t play Cold War on my account).
Overwolf compensated me with a $60 coupon for amazon to get the game on a new account…which doesn’t help me since I want to play it on my own account but yeah.
